Is the employee tracked after office hours?

No. Tracking runs only between Duty IN and Duty OUT. Outside duty hours the location is not tracked.

Does tracking work if the phone is locked?

Yes. The Android app uses foreground GPS, so tracking continues when the phone is locked or the app is minimised.

Can I see kilometres travelled?

Yes. Route history shows the day’s path and the kilometres travelled, which helps with travel allowance.

Does it work on iPhone?

The field app is a native Android app. Managers and admins use the web dashboard from any browser.
